David B. Dallis is the vice president of Bear Dallis Financial Management, a division of Bear Dallis Associates in 2009. Prior to that, he was an accountant at Silverman Linden LLP in New York City and president of Dallis Bros. Inc. in Ozone Park, New York. David has over 25 years of business management expertise in finance, accounting, tax preparation for non-profit organizations, individuals, sole proprietors, LLCs and corporations.

David Dallis holds a MS in Accountancy from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York. David holds a Tax Preparer Certificate of Registration with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Bear Dallis Associates is a member of Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.

David has held leadership roles as board of director and treasurer for The American Institute of Wine & Food, New York Chapter; board of director and treasurer for Spoons Across America; board of director and Training and Education Committee chairman for National Coffee Association; president and treasurer for Specialty Coffee Association of America; and board member for 505 Court Street Lofts Condominium Association. He has been an adjunct lecturer for Accounting at New York City College of Technology, CUNY: Hospitality Management since 2009. A native New Yorker, he resides in Brooklyn, New York with his family.

Martha Bear Dallis founded Bear Dallis Associates in 1995 and launched Bear Dallis Financial Management, a division of BDA spearheaded by David B. Dallis, in 2009. Prior to that, she was Vice President Marketing at Dallis Bros. Coffee and Software Systems Engineer at Hewlett Packard. She holds BS in Computer Science from State University of New York, College of Technology and BS in Elementary Education from University of Minnesota, College of Education. Martha has held leadership roles as SOS Taste of the Nation NYC Chairman, AIWF NY Chapter Chairman, and Spoons Across America Vice President and Advisor. She has been an adjunct lecturer position for the Event Management course at New York City College of Technology, CUNY: Hospitality Management since 1999 and is an advisory member of the City Tech Foundation. Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, she currently resides with her family in Brooklyn, New York.
